Meet Paint Me Whole

Founded By Sejal Dash

Paint Me Whole is a student-led project using art to explore mental health and disability with honesty and creativity. Through original artwork and reflections, it transforms invisible experiences—like anxiety, neurodivergence, and chronic illness—into visible stories of healing and self-acceptance. By embracing our struggles instead of hiding them, we show that every emotion, every difference, belongs on the canvas. We also raise funds for mental health causes, turning personal expression into collective change. We imagine a community where people wear their stories with pride, where art becomes a bridge between hearts, and where healing is celebrated, not hidden.
